Ponzu Garlic Butter Monkfish


3-4 Tablespoons of Garlic Butter
2 Tablespoons Ponzu
1/2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
Lemon Zest
1 Large Monkfish tail

*Garlic Butter
1/2 Pound Softened Butter
2 teaspoon Crushed Garlic
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Lemon Peel
1 teaspoon Dried Parsley

Time: 30 Minutes
Step 1

In a large sauté pan melt garlic butter on medium high heat.

Step 2

Salt and pepper Monkfish. Slice Monkfish into quarter inch medallions and add to melted garlic butter.

Step 3

Sauté for approximately 5 minutes. Then add ponzu and soy sauce.

Step 4

Plate Monkfish and pour remaining sauce over. Garnish with lemon zest.
