A tasty recipe using one of our favorite types of salmon.
3 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
4 Teaspoons Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Sugar
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Side Sockeye Salmon (2-3 lbs.)
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Whisk first four ingredients together in a medium bowl. Slowly add olive oil and continue whisking until blended.
Spray non-stick cooking spray on a large piece of heavy duty foil (or stack together 2 pieces of regular foil). Place salmon on foil skin side down. Pour dressing over top of salmon and fold foil over to create a foil tent.
Place on grill and close cover to bake for 15-20 minutes.
