Crab Stuffed Salmon Pinwheel

A quick and easy dish great for entertaining.


8oz Cream Cheese (softened)
1 Cup Cooked Crab, Diced
1 Teaspoon Crushed Garlic
1/8 Teaspoon Salt
1/8 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Parsley Flakes
1/16 Teaspoon Lemon Peel
1/4 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
1/4 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
1.5 lb Salmon, Skin Off

Time: 30 Minutes
Step 1
Blend top 9 ingredients until soft in a medium mixing bowl, set aside.
Step 2
Cut salmon across width 1 1/2 inch wide pieces. Hold knife horizontally, and butterfly top third to the left, and then second third to the right, resulting in a 8″ long thin salmon filet. Repeat for all pieces of salmon.
Step 3
Spread crab cream cheese mixture along the thinly sliced salmon. Tightly roll salmon and turn on side to show pinwheel pattern.
Step 4
Place in greased 13×9 baking dish. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
